®Storage & Reaction Tubes
HotStart® PCR is made easy with MBP’s HotStart reaction
tube, which features a pre-adhered wax bead inside each tube.
Our patented HotStart tubes, available in a variety of sizes,
let you store your custom PCR mix under a wax layer to save
time and ensure greater reproducibility. The wax barrier gives
a "hot start," which increases specificity and yield
by reducing the occurrence of false priming and primer dimerization.
