PCR Mix-in-a-Tube
MBP’s patented EasyStart™ PCR Mix-in-a-Tube features
thin-walled reaction tubes containing pre-aliquoted buffer,
MgCl 2and dNTPs sealed under a wax layer. Concentrations have
been optimized so as to be compatible with most commercial polymerases
and a wide range of templates. Just add your preferred DNA polymerase,
template, primers and water to volume. The wax barrier gives
a "hot start," which increases specificity and yield
by reducing the occurrence of false priming and primer dimerization..
